Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RINS.AI platforms and services, including DPA QuickScan, CarbonSight, and any related websites, applications, APIs and content.
1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. License to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms and timely payment of fees, RINS.AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your internal business purposes or those of your clients (for MSPs), in accordance with your subscription plan.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- 1Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- 2Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- 3Reverse engineer or copy the service to build a competing product.
- 4Introduce malware, viruses or other malicious code.
- 5Misuse resources, perform abusive bulk operations or exceed fair usage limits.
4. Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription or contract. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as described in the Refund / Payback Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
5. Intellectual Property
RINS.AI retains all rights, title and interest in and to the services, including all software, designs, trade names and trademarks. You retain ownership of your own data, content and evidence uploaded into the platform.
6. Customer Data
You are responsible for the data you upload or connect to the platform. RINS.AI processes this data solely to provide the services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement where applicable.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information received from the other party confidential and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Disclaimers
The services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not warrant that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RINS.AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of the services. Our aggregate liability will be limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the services or have an active subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, abuse or violation of these Terms. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription at the end of the term, subject to any contract commitments.
11. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your contract or order form, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
